The Furies | Greek Mythology

(also known as the Eumenídes or Erinýes)

The Furies—Megaera, Tisiphone and Alecto, were three daughters of Gaea who were born of Ouranos' blood when Ouranos was emasculated by his son, Kronos. The Furies punished criminals, especially murderers, and represented conscience.
